Michael is the founder and President
of Lucid Designs (www.luciddesigns.net), an IP development and
consulting firm.
Michael will share the "Essential
Components For Any Licensing Agreement" and why you need these key
components in any contract you sign.
He will show you how he closes his
deals and how you can do the same by creating an agreement that works
for both the manufacturer and the inventor.
Michael began his career in product
development as manager of the product development group (iDev Group) at
Ideadollar, Inc., and co-created an invention evaluation system used to
assess the over 14,000 new product ideas submitted to the company.

a few blocks away in the parking garage behind Country Sun natural
Foods located at 440 S California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94306, it's a real
short walk across El Camino to the AHA! Center.
Or you can park on the street near the
AHA! Center if you arrive early enough and you can find a space, but
don't park in the JJ&F grocery store parking lot right next door to
the AHA! Center, or you will get towed!
