Ron Rohde is an associate in the Intellectual Property Practice Group of Carr & Ferrell. Mr. Rohde specializes in intellectual property law with an emphasis on patent preparation and prosecution. Mr. Rohde has extensive experience in the semiconductor manufacturing equipment industry, particularly with electron beam lithography, metrology, semiconductor inspection and review, as well as process control, systems engineering, systems testing and manufacturing engineering. In addition, he has experience in construction, publishing, international trade, and package design.
