We Are Proud To Announce Our First Inventors Alliance Main Event in Los Angeles!

This Coming Tuesday, July 12th, Inventors Alliance Main Event In Los Angeles, CA

The Los Angeles chapter of the Inventors Alliance will hold its first meeting on Tuesday, July 12, 2011 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Pilgrim School, 540 South Commonwealth Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90020. The event will be held in the Barnum Room of the facility, a grand, library-like setting. Free parking for the event is available in the adjacent school lot.

Inventors, entrepreneurs, attorneys and others involved in the worldwide inventions and patents market are invited to join us for an evening of networking and education. Hosted wine and cheese will be served.

The event will be highlighted by remarks from Andrew Krauss, the co-founder of inventRight and the President of the Inventors Alliance, and Michael Taub, the VP Marketing and Brand Development at Ronco. Both will discuss new opportunities for inventors and answer questions about the process of bringing an idea to market.

About The Speaker
Michael Taub joined Ronco three years ago and is overseeing all aspects of domestic and international marketing as well as handling developing new products for the leading AS SEEN ON TV company. Always innovating, Michael has paved the plan for brand extensions as well as seeking new technologies to bring the restaurant experience home for families with the goal of making the process faster, easier and healthier. This is the company that created the motto “Set It And Forget It.” Michael was a key executive in the turnaround of this pioneering infomercial company, winning Turnaround of the Year and New York City Best In Business Awards in 2009. He founded and ran an entertainment and technology focused marketing and public relations company, Jet Set Marketing, in 2000 in Southern California prior to joining Ronco in New York City. Before that Michael served as an executive in the music business for such companies as The RCA Records Group/BMG, Hollywood Records/Walt Disney Company and powerhouse indie Trauma Records. Michael began his career with ABC-TV after graduating from the University of Southern California with a degree in Broadcast Management.

About The Speaker
Andrew Krauss has been educating inventors for over 13 years as the President of Inventors Alliance in the San Francisco/Silicon Valley Bay Area. He has had countless successful inventors and other experts lecture month after month at Inventors Alliance events.

Andrew also co-founded inventRight nine years ago to teach people how to license their new product ideas. His unique teaching style and patience with Inventors is remarkable. He coaches his students step-by-step through the entire licensing process. Andrew now works with Inventor students in thirty countries around the world.

Andrew Krauss has been featured on NPR (National Public Radio) Science Friday, along with many other media outlets. In addition, he was asked by the Obama transition team in 2008 to advise them on potential changes that should be made at the US Patent & Trademark Office to better serve independent Inventors.
