BIO
Irene Blumenkranz is an attorney who specializes in Business,
Intellectual Property, Computer, and Contract Law. Her clients
are companies, inventors, independent contractors and others.

She has drafted, reviewed, negotiated, and revised hundreds of
agreements, from simple contracts to complex corporate deals.
Her clients have spanned a wide range from individuals to small
firms to Fortune 500 Corporations. She has extensive experience
in licensing concerns and agreements from the legal, the
licensor's and the licensee's perspectives.

Now in private practice in Palo Alto, previously she was in-house
counsel for innovative software and internet related companies
with successful IPOs as well as an operating system developer for
IBM and software consultant for Computer Usage Corporation.
Early training included a BA in mathematics from Cornell
University and a Certificate from the Sorbonne.
