About The Speaker
Ron Heiskell, President & founder of Reduced Effort Inc., is a lean manufacturing coach specializing in quick changeovers.
He had 24 years experience with The Clorox Company as a machine design and packaging engineer, with a focus on eliminating losses as a lead consultant in their World Class Manufacturing group.
He holds an MBA in Technology Management, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering, and is an adjunct professor at the University of the Pacific and the University of Phoenix.
He has received over 50 U.S. and foreign patents, and is the recipient of the AmeriStar Award from The Institute of Packaging Professionals, Technology of the Year Award from Packaging Technology & Engineering Magazine, and the Dupont Award for Innovation.
