- 1976 – Started the ‘Bottled Ocean’ Company (Liquid Wave novelty) and gained his Plastic experience and knowledge through manufacturing the ‘Bottled Ocean’…Will became known and recognized in the plastic fabrication and design industry.
- Opened a Plastic Design and Fabrication Firm and was contracted by various industries; as well as, inventors and private individuals for plastic design and fabrication.
- Some of the projects specifically for inventors, range from:

- Designs for the Video Industry
