Plan To Arrive Early
We suggest you plan to arrive and park your car by 9am or 9:15 at the latest. This will give you time to walk to the Campus Centerbuilding and check in. There will be other attendees and vendors to talk to while you are waiting for the event to start promptly at 9:45am, so don’t hesitate to arrive early.

PLEASE be courteous to the check in staff. If you decide not to plan your trip to this event in advance and
arrive early, that’s OK ,but don’t blame it on the check in staff if your late. They are just volunteers trying to 
help out the organization.

 Free Parking Instructions
There is plenty of free parking on Mary Avenue behind the shopping center.  DO NOT park in the 
shopping center parking lot or you will get towed!

Paid Parking Instructions
One-day parking permits for $2 from red or yellow machines located in each student parking lot and in the
Flint Center and Stelling parking structures. Most machines are red and require eight quarters, except for 
12 yellow machines that will accept nickels, dimes, quarters and dollar bills. Two yellow machines are located
in the parking structures, four are in Lot A, two are in Lot B, one is in Lot D and three are in Lot E. One-day 
permits are valid in student lots only.
